Mountain
biking is one of the best ways to explore the rural
countryside of Phuket and Phang Nga Province.
Phuket
is rapidly being concreted over and ‘developed’,
yet there are still plenty of places worth visiting
and plenty of people who are still very happy to see
foreign travelers.
You
can join a Phuket mountain biking day trip and journey
through rubber plantations, oil palm plantations, through
small villages, across rice paddies, up and down hills,
along single-tracks and on secondary roads.
We
offer a number of routes and itineraries from very easy
and laid-back to fairly strenuous. Mileage varies according
to your desires too. If you’d just like to get
away from the beach and bar scene of Patong for a while,
we can show you a few hours of the more relaxed parts
of the island. If you’d like to explore some single-track
routes and push the envelope a bit, that’s fine
with us. We’re here to give you a memorable experience
in any realm you desire.
There
are lots of good roads on Phuket, but the back roads
often have potholes and broken sections, thus making
mountain bikes the most suitable form of bicycle.

Phang
Nga Province Day Trip
Our
favorite destination for a day trip is Phang
Nga Province. Just across the bridge to Phuket, you'll
find an area that seems like the good old days of Phuket.
Everyone is friendly and they go out of their way to
yell 'hello' at you as you cruise past.
Everything
listed above in the way of terrain is available in Phang
Nga Province, just crank it up a few notches... meaning,
more trails, more single-track, more remote secondary
roads and plenty of rural farm land to pedal through.
There
are also some lovely little village restaurants where
we stop for snacks and lunch.
Join
us on a standard route or ask us to customize a route
for you. Mild to wild, Phang Nga Province has it all...
and then some.

"An engineer
designing from scratch could hardly concoct a better
device to unclog modern roads - cheap, nonpolluting,
small and silent..."
